On the Excel Export from a Space the supplementary worksheets like Process Items, Stakeholders, Systems etc… lists the Item Name that relates to each, but no unique ID for that Item Name. So, if in a given diagram where you have more than one activity with the same ‘Item Name’, but in different swimlanes, there isn’t any obvious way to distinguish one one export sheet to the other.
The Process Items worksheet contains the Numbering of the given activity, but the other sheets do not and it would be a significant benefit for all sheets on the export which include Activities to also include a unique reference. I know each activity on the canvas had a unique ID (like the Process ID) and if these were included in the Excel Export it would be even better and not reliant on flexible diagram numbering.
Seen in the 'link to an activity': https://www.blueworkslive.com/scr/processes/229xxxxx26f?processMode=VIEW&activityID=229xxxxc0d#bpmn
