Ability to add Watermark to process model used to indicate "Draft" or other Admin defined flag

We currently have models that are not complete but need to be Published so Viewers can review them. There is a danger of Viewers searching for models and assuming they're final or current state. Having the ability to turn on a Watermark to display whenever someone is viewing the model would help clarify that a model is not final. USE CASE: 1. Admin selects or defines specific Watermark. These would be limited in length or predefined, i.e., "DRAFT", "FUTURE", etc. 2. Editor opens details behind process model 3. New "Watermark" field appears with dropdown selection for available watermarks - defaulted to None 4. Whenever model is NOT in Edit mode, watermark appears in background for each page. Also appears in PDF extracts.

    This should be an admin choice to turn on for all or make it user choice.
