Customize Property list at the Account Level not just at the individual user level

We have nearly 3000 Viewer users. The customize property function that was added is great but trying to get the message to 3000 Viewers on how to Customize their properties is difficult. We would like the ability to set customize the property list (put in specific order, hide values not used) at the Account level so the properties are seen that way for all users rather than only allowing customization at the user level.

    @Meena - I don't want to be able to add custom properties. I know this is available at the account level and we have taken great advantage of it. I'm referring to the Customize Properties feature a user can use to Customize the properties that display for them and the order in which those display. We want to be able to Customize the properties that appear and the order in which they appear at the account level rather than relying on each Viewer user to do this customization on their own.

    I am not sure if I understood the requirement correctly. We now have custom properties that are defined at the account level.
