Snapshot Process Review & Approval enhancement

currently in our business for process owners to approve documents we use the snapshot review and approval tool. This can be very time consuming when a process owner has multiple process maps as we have to create a snapshot of each map individually. The reporting of the back of this is also nil, blueworks is unable to pull through what has been approved and what is pending. or you can only see it for the ones that you have sent as an individual, so unaware of what other spaces look like. Proposal, could a snapshot be taken of a full space, so all maps in space can be sent using the review and approval tool? this would save time by sending all through at once (Some spaces have over 50 maps in) - if this could be done, then editors can snapshot the space and blueworks would send to the license holder all maps individually for review. For a report to be able to pull everything that has been approved by snapshot, so we can report on what is not approved against what is approved - currently you have to click on individual blueprints in spaces and review work history to see the status
