Creation of multi-layered custom properties

Currently custom properties can only be text or number properties (with one value). But there are multiple instances where the business requires to create properties which are multi-valued like a drop down or multi-choice or boolean values.

There should also be a feature to derive new custom properties from existing default properties and to custom it further in terms of accepted values.

    The product provides "Enumerated" glossary properties which present a list of defined values, much like a drop-down. Here is a help page which provides information on how to set this up - https://www.blueworkslive.com/scr/docs/bwl/topics/adm_cust_account.html#customizingproperties

    Besides text and numeric properties, we do have long-term plans to support additional types of properties, including dates and booleans. In the meantime though, you can use the "Enumerated" feature described above, and limit its values to "True"/"False".

    As for deriving custom properties from existing properties, at this point in time, we have no plans to provide such capability. But it's an interesting idea, one that we'll keep in-mind as our glossary roadmap evolves.
