This is an IBM Automation portal for Digital Business Automation products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thanks Srividhya!
We've accepted the request and have added it to our product backlog. But please note that it currently has a low priority and we're not sure when we'll be able to get to it.
In the meantime, we'll continue to monitor. If enough customers express interest, that could increase the priority.
While you wait, here are a few options for your space managers:
They can view 90 days of data across all of their spaces on the Community page.
From the space Stats page, they can see which artifacts have been modified within the last 90 days (and beyond!), and can even export that data.
Thanks!

Hi Suzette,
Thanks for looking in to this request. From the space, the users can view upto 30 days.
few business teams are preparing MI for the management on usage / amendments made in the maps etc..
for this report, they want the details for every quarter. Since from space view , they can't get data for 90 days, they are approaching our team.
this is one example. We have received similar request from other teams as well.
So it would be great if we get this option available for SM's and editors (if possible).
Revert if you need any further information.
Thanks
Srividhya R
Thanks for your request!
The Account Activity export was introduced for customers who wish to keep an offline backup of what happened in the account for audit purposes. This is something that typically only Admins do, and that's why it was made available only to Admins.
Can you elaborate on how your editors and space managers are using the export? And why they require an offline copy instead of simply viewing the activity online? We'd like to ensure we fully understand their use-case and their goals.
Thanks!
The Blueworks Live team
