Expand / Shrink - Activity Box and Annotation Box

Activity box and Annotation box are in fixed size now in BWL.
We have received many requirements now to expand or shrink the activity and annotation box based on the content.
For small content, the boxes seems very big and for large content, these boxes are not suitable. Cannot add more context in the smaller boxes.
And we want these boxes to be placed/fixed anywhere in the Process map Space.

Being able to scale the text annotation to only three possible sizes is a clunky solution, especially because the element scales in both directions at the same time. It would be better to have fluid/stepless resizing and "resize to fit text" option for each annotation element.

    Thanks for your request!
The annotation box can be resized today, to one of three available sizes. To resize, select the annotation and use the drag handlers at the corners of the box to make it larger.
We do hope to support larger activity boxes at some future time. But we don't expect to support smaller boxes. Best practices for process activity names would require 2-3 lines of text. And the box would need to be large enough to support boundary events plus the various markers that the BPMN2 standard requires.
Finally, we have plans for provide more flexibility in activity and annotation placement in the future.
    Thanks!
