Ability to extend in-active sessions for Blueworks Live

System: Blueworks Live
Actor: User accessing the Blueworks Live with in corporate domain network
Blueworks Live is a commonly used product that provides support to L5-L7 process mangement & governance. As the process changes are frequest and happen on regularly/daily based on the complexity of multi geo operations of the enterprise.

Description: Our team uses Blueworks Live for L5-L7 change management. However, as these changes are freequent, and occur on daily basis users always have multiple tabs open for multiple processes. As the system logsout freequently, users have to login (3 windows journey - 4-5 clicks a minimum) multiple times a day. As the system is accesses in corporate domain, if the in actove session can be availed fpr extension, that would ease this situation to find a optimal value to reducing the number of logins forced to a user to keep working on blueworks live.

As of the March 2021 release, you can now have Blueworks Live open in multiple browser tabs without being logged out due to inactivity in one tab. Enjoy!

Thanks for your request! If we understand correctly, you require the ability to have multiple tabs open without being logged out due to session inactivity. Correct? If so, we agree that it would make sense to support that pattern of use. Thanks!
