Thanks for your request! We will add that to our list of product improvements, but in the meantime there are a couple of other ways that you can get this info:
1. The Process export shows the activity that the problem is associated with on the Problems tab. So you could use the Process export rather than the Space export.
2. Alternatively, you could do your analysis online using the Where Used tool. Go to the Problems property in the Glossary, click on the Where Used tool and it will show you all of the processes that reference that problem. If you click on one, it will display all of the activities in the process that reference that problem. You can click on the link directly in the Where Used results to navigate directly to the activity, if you wish.
Attachment (Description): In the space export, the Item name "Contract Restoration Activities" is listed three times with the same problem "Lengthy Wait Time". Without the Number (i.e., 12.1, 1.1) or the Milestone and Stakeholder fields for each item + problem, it is not possible from the spreadsheet export to disambiguate these items.
