Account level configuration of documentation font size
I am an admin for the Global Sales Incentives BlueWorks live account. We are long term users with a large, high volume usage account which is used daily by approximately 700 team members who use our account to learn and keep current on the Global processes. The details of our processes rely heavily on the documentation leg of BWL. We would like the ability to configure the default font size (and even font style) ourselves at the account level. Currently the program default is Helvetica 10 pt. When we create or update one of our 130 processes, we have to change the font size to 12pt for the documentation page behind each activity. The 10 pt font size is too small for the readers to comfortably view or even to share over webex. We rely on large amounts of documentation for a complex business process, therefore, the approximately 130 processes are updated regularly and referenced by our end users daily. It is important to make the font size readable for our users. Manually changing the font each time one of the process subject matter experts updates or creates a process is time consuming and creates the opportunity for inconsistency from one activity to the next in the documentation view. We would even be open to a fix to the font size application wide, if it increased it to a 12 pt. We are only looking for this increase on the documentation screen, not the text shown in the process diagrams which need to remain small to fit within the box.
