To have option to have collaboration window to insert sticky notes

To have option to have a collaboration window for the users to insert the sticky notes with their comments , ideas & feedback. we should have option to insert multi color notes. also there should be option for all users to comment on other person ideas.
Grouping/segregation of ides can be made basis the user, category etc

    Hi team,

    Hi team,

    We are using the comments tab to share comments,feedback etc.. but this request is different. We need to have an option to insert sticky notes to add comments/ideas on the face of the map and not at documentation level. This is available in similar other mapping tools and our business users wanted to have similar functionality to use BWL in an effective manner than using another tool for mapping.

    Thanks for your request!
    The product supports Comments today, along with the ability for users to reply to someone else's comment, creating reply threads. These Comments can be added to individual Activities, to a Milestone, or to the Process itself.
    If you switch to the Documentation tab and "Show All Comments", you will get a view of all comments and their reply threads across the entire process in a single view.
    In addition, we plan to allow assignment of colors to comments. These colors would be visible in all views.
    Would this be sufficient to address your requirement?
