Improve the Weekly Activity changes notifications

The administrators of a BWL account can register to receive weekly mails about the activities that were performed on the account during the week.
However, some improvements could be implemented with regards to this feature:

1) When there is no activity in the week, there is no mail. A checkbox should allow the user to be able to register for a "No modification this week" weekly mail in that case.

2) Currently, the notifications are only send for activities performed by people others than the user receiving the weekly mail. An "Include Myself" checkbox should allow to the user to includes his activities on the account as well.

3) The mail is send on the Sunday, and activities performed the day before appears as "Yesterday"
This is nice when you read the mail the day it arrives, but not very useful if you open this mail on Monday or if you search for some specific modifications on past mails for instance.
