Allow Setting custom inactivity timeout duration

If a user is in Blueworks but does not click on anything, they are shown a warning at the 60 minute (1 hour) mark that their session will time out in 5 minutes.
If the user remains inactive for another 5 minutes, then the session times out at 65 minutes.
The inactivity time out today is not configureable because it is a global value that applies to all customers on all servers.

The March 2021 release reduced the inactivity timeout to 30 minutes, with a warning at the 25 minute mark.

    Enjoy!

Thanks for the clarification! At this time, we don't have a time frame for implementation. We'll update the RFE as soon as that changes.

Hi, The Info Security teams within Citibank have requested for the timeout to be shortened to 30 Minutes instead of the present 60+5 Minutes.
Reduction of the inactivity timeout to 30 minutes would satisfy our requirement.
Could the Development teams kindly let us know of a tentative time frame within which this reduced timeout would be made available with a future release ?

Thanks for your request! We plan to decrease the built-in inactivity timeout, likely to 30 minutes, in a future release. If we did so, would that satisfy your requirement? Or would you still need this setting to be customizable?
