Customization of Blueworks invite basis the Licence type

Ability to customize the content of BWL invite while sending invite to new users basis the licences. Currently we have one common content for all type of Licenses. Instead we can have the predefined template with the customised content basis the licence type provided.

    1) To attend the 5 mandatory trainings courses (Basic & Standard trainings) within 10 weeks https://intranet.rbsres01.net/Processes/BPM/ProcessDiscovery/Pages/Process%20Discovery%20%28Blueworks%20Live%29.aspx

    In the above link under Training Catalogue you will find Instructor led trainings.

    Please register for the given training as per your availability

    2) To submit QA checklist to ‘~ Process discovery support' for quality assurance and need to get Low Risk (Pass) before publishing the map.

    Thanks for your request, Srividhya! We agree that this would be a useful enhancement. Would you be able to share examples of the Editor, Contributor & Viewer text that you would have in your templates? If not, that's OK :-). It would just help us better understand waht sort of variables you might be looking to include within the text (for example links, email address of Admin, etc.). Thanks!
