Reuse Attachements

When adding attachments to an Activity box, the attachment is stored in File Management. If someone wants to associate that same attachment to another Activity box then they must upload and reattach the same document again. Instead, what should happen is the user can attach the same item to multiple Activity box , after the initial upload the user can view and copy the BW Live URL assigned to the attachment. That URL can be reused in any other Activity box in the process map. BW Live should track each process diagrams/activity this is linked to the attachment.

    Thanks for your request, Aaron! We plan to make attachment files reusable in Blueworks Live, so that you can link to them rather than having to upload/re-attach the document each time. We don't currently yet have a timeframe for this but will update this RFE when we have more info.
