Thanks for your request, Kavitha! We don't have any plans to add Business Unit to the current "Invite Users" dialog. However, we would like to add a Bulk Invite/Update feature for Admins to the User Management page of the Admin console that would allow Admins to easily invite large numbers of users at a time, or update user information (like Business Unit, License Type) for multiple users at a time. This feature would allow Admins to specify the Business Unit when inviting multiple users. This feature is not currently planned, but when it is we will update this RFE accordingly.
