Tagging Enhancement

Right now we do not currently have the ability to make tags preferred. The only option right now is "Only visible when used."

Would also like visibility to all tags when conducting a search, not just those on items you have access to see.

    Thanks for your request, Amanda! We agree that making it easier to standardize tags would be helpful. So we'll plan on making them work similarly to other glossary properties (enable other visibility settings, enable import, enable type-ahead/autocompletion when adding tags, etc.). In terms of the search, we agree that it would be useful to have some kind of Tag Cloud, so that users could see how tags are being used across the account. However, given the permissions model in Blueworks Live we don't ever envision a Search that would allow a user to see artifacts (or the names of artifacts) that they do not have permission to see.

    We are using tags for our Lines of Business classifications and need to keep these standard. This enhancement would help drive that standardization and allow better searching for blueprint candidates in our results.
