Separate Participants from Business Owners & Experts in Glossary

In the Glossary, Participants are grouped together with Business Owners & Experts. However, the nature of these are very different. A "participant" (swim lane) should rarely be the name of an individual (Jane Doe), but should be their role in the process (Manager). On the other hand, BO's & Experts should identify people by name (Jane Doe is our Expert). By grouping together, locating Participants in the Glossary that incorrectly identifies an individual by name is nearly impossible. These need to be clearly identified as Participants so they can be tagged for review.

It is very important to separate Participants and Business Owners/Experts in the Glossary itself so we can turn on Preferred Terms in the former, but not in the latter. Participants are ROLES, while BOs/Experts are INDIVIDUALS. We want to control the ROLES defined, but not INDIVIDUALS specified.

Thanks for your request, Jeff! We can certainly enhance the Glossary excel export to identify which of the 3 roles (Participant, Business Owner, Expert) the particular glossary value is being used in.
