Thanks for your request, Amanda! Today you can designate pools in BWL using External Participants & Process Pools and you can send & receive messages to/from Black Box Pools (External Participants in BWL) and Process Pools. When you hover over a message event on the process diagram it will show you who it is being sent to or received from (in the case of a Process Pool it tells you the message event and the Process.). We don’t display all of that on the process diagram as it would be a mess….and there would be dotted lines everywhere. But we do realize that it’s not easy to visualize all of these message flows in BWL and would like to create a sort of Collaboration View that would allow you to focus on/print these message flows..
