Process Summary Update

Currently the process summary includes values from the process that are not just at the process level. Example: If I've added inputs and outputs at the activity level, they are included in the process summary in the Inputs and Outputs. To me this should only include those added at the process level and not the activity level. It gives the wrong impression of the process inputs and outputs since that value changes from activity to activity.

Thanks for your request, Amanda! The Process Summary was intended to summarize all of the inputs & outputs used by the process - not just those at the process level. But we agree that it could be helpful to be able to distinguish between those that are required at the process level vs. those that are required by specific activities. If you were able to distinguish between them in the Process Summary would that make it more useful for you?

I second with this request. BWL should have the ability to show the summary of the fields used in a process in the process summary option e.g. systems.
