Thanks for your request, Srividhya! We would like to improve the documentation Print function at some point in the future, but at this time it is not planned. When that changes, we will update this RFE with more detail..
HI Margaret, as mentioned in the mail sent on 26/10/2017 , updating the RFE.
During our monthly call , you mentioned that “ Will work on making word export available for viewers & Will fix the print option at a later stage “
However , we feel that providing word export option to viewers may have the following risk.
1. They can export as word ( editable) and save it locally.
2. Annotate them ( with any updates) and start using it for their Business &
3. They will not take steps to update BWL map.
So we ask you NOT to proceed with providing word export option to viewers , instead can work on enhancing pdf export option to have complete details like word export . So the viewers can get the same in “Read only / Non editable” format.
This will eliminate the risk of updating and saving locally with out amending BWL map.
Attachment (Description): incomplete word export ( print)
Attachment (Description): meta data field which are incomplete can be excluded from printing
Attachment (Description): Cute pdf with only 1st page info populated. we want the entire content to be available for the user
