This enhancement is actually bigger than it seems as it effectively supports many different enhancement requests.
It allows us to add any meta-data we like to a user group and so allows us to perform many actions depending on that data without having to ask IBM to add this field and then going back and ask for that field later on.
For example we might store the owner of a user group, or which part of the business it relates to.
Half of this enhancement is already in place in that user groups already support tagging. All we need is a modification to the API to support its extraction.
