Hi there, yes we have a custom help page already set up, and as useful as that is, a user is not automatically directed to a notification on the help page.
We have upwards of 300-400 users, and occasionally we wish to notify all of them at once of an important change. We can't guarantee they will look at the help link.
The proposed enhancement would be of great use to us.
Hello, Virginia! Are you currently using the custom Help page in Blueworks Live, or do you always use emails to communicate updates to your users? In case you aren't familiar with this, you can create a custom Help page on the Customization tab of the Admin console under the "Help" section.Many customer admins use this page to communicate with the users in their Blueworks Live account.
