Enhance /scr/api/TaskList API to add Username parameter

Hi,

We can use this API resource to get a list of open tasks assigned to the current user and a list of the user's completed tasks.

However, we want to be able to retrieve a list of open tasks assigned to any user and a list of any user's completed tasks.

This can be achieved by allowing the API to be called with an additional parameter - the Username (for example for me "users":[{"id":"149c94bbf0","avatarId":"20000219d14ac23","name":"Richard Carman"}]

In this way we can get a list of Work IDs for the Username and then call /scr/api/WorkDetail to get more information on the particular work item as required.

Can you please add this to your enhancement list, or advise if there is another way to call the TaskList API to get this information.
