Shape the future of IBM!
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the IBM team to refine your idea
Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notifications on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas that cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - WebSphere
Product family - Smarter Process
Product - Blueworks Live
For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
Brand - WebSphere
Product family - Business Process Management
Product - Blueworks Live
Sort option also requested from most recently viewed to oldest in view ordering. Perhaps even tagging last view for the users.
We value your suggestions for Blueworks Live product enhancements. This is a valid requirement and may be considered for a future BPM release. Please note this is not a commitment, but an indication of intent.
I have another request for viewing spaces and process in the library in some additional custom-defined manner and also the activity numbering. The word activity should be removed from the ticket it was an oversight. My understanding of this customers request is this is simply a request for process sorting options at the lowest level and where it maintains the users sort option until a user should manual sort it differently. Example: If a user has 100 processes on their favorite screen. They would like sort options of numbering, alpha/numeric title, date, etc The option chosen on any view of All, Favorites and Hierarchical view would be maintain unless manually changed by the user. Such a sort option might impact both spaces and processes also depending on the view and implementation. If the impact does impact everthing it would then make sense to separate the sort option between them. Sort Processes only, Sort Space only or Sort All. Let me know if you have more questions on the topic.
