Reporting Feature Enhancement with CSV Exporting Capability

We need a reporting tool that will provide a user selectable granular report on specific data. Example, We need to pull a report on Process models that have been published and who the author were another example We need a report that will list all metadata and where it is used.

To summarize we need a way to develop a customized report based upon our specific use of Blueworks Live and the artifacts and metadata that we use to design and develop our process diagrams.

    Thanks for your request, Derrick! This is a feature that we would like to add to the product eventually, but it is not currently planned. We will update this RFE if and when we get closer to planning such a feature.

    Thanks for the Feedback, For me the Glossary is just one element to my request. Although it would be very beneficial the rest of the scope of my request would at least move us forward for now until IBM has a chance to perfect or refine the Glossary item.

    We are trying to do this externally to the tool. We have had some success exporting the data ready for analysis but we are finding we are blocked by a more fundamental issue of glossary management.
    The glossary has some good tools to fix issues once detected but has no tools to identify issues; i.e. what has changed this week and who changed it so that the account administrator can review and fix. Unless this is fixed you might fix your reporting issue but find that the report has little value because there are 3 entries for the same referenced system.

    The intent of this request would not only benefit us but would help IBM avoid more ticketing like 73524. As the reporting feature and flexibility being requested would provide the user the ability to extract any information they need and only the information needed to perform the job at hand. Then there are the other various benefits of analysis and uploading the appropriate information to other tools needed to perform our job activities. Reducing excess files size for the clients as well which could slow or lock up a PC.
