Update BAMOE 8.x.x to use EAP 8.x.x

The goal is to update IBM Business Automation Manager Open Editions (BAMOE) version 8.x.x to be compatible with JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) version 8.x.x.

Known issues in timer management: Issues have been identified in timer management in previous versions.

Red Hat's decision on EJB Timer in EAP 7.x.x: Red Hat has stated that it will not make revisions to the EJB Timer subsystems for version 7.x.x of EAP.

Need for compatibility with Jakarta EE: It is necessary for BAMOE to be compatible with Jakarta EE to ensure interoperability and take advantage of updates and improvements in this platform.

Updating to later versions of Spring: Compatibility with Jakarta EE is essential to be able to update to more recent versions of the Spring Framework, which require this compatibility.
