Management Console OIDC Audience parameter configuration

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

The management console running in our environment and we connect it to BAMOE app. The bamoe application is secured using OIDC, specifically an Auth0 server is configured in the application. Now in management console, we have specified this property: "RUNTIME_TOOLS_MANAGEMENT_CONSOLE_OIDC_CLIENT_CLIENT_ID" to point to a client/SPAapplication in our Auth0 server that management console uses for redirecting the management console to the Auth0 login page, log user in and connect to the runtime. Now the way Auth0 is configured in our environment is it along with user credentials, client Id and so on, it also needs an audience when a request for token is made to Auth0. This is preventing the management console to connect successfully to the BAMOE app because management console is getting invalid tokens since it's lacking the audience parameter in it's token request.

We need a way to assign the Audience in management console using environment variables (similar to quarkus.oidc.token.audience=. in java app).
