MCP Server Does Not Reflect <bpmn2:documentation> Content in Generated Tool Descriptions (BAMOE 9.3.0-ibm-0007)

Env
=====
BAMOE Version: 9.3.0-ibm-0007
Component: MCP Server
Framework Quarkus
Exposed API MCP Tools Discovery (/mcp)
Data Source BPMN 2.0 Metamodel (<bpmn2:process> with <bpmn2:documentation>)Problem:
========
The MCP Server does not incorporate the contents of the <bpmn2:documentation> field defined in BPMN processes into the auto-generated tool descriptions in its catalog (/mcp/tools).This means that, even though documentation is defined in the main process (/q/openapi), the information is not propagated to the description field of the exposed MCP tools, generating auto-generated generic descriptions such as "It creates a new 'ProcessName' BPMN process instance...".The behavior suggests that the MCP Server does not consult the bpmn2:documentation metadata when building the tool catalog.The MCP Server translates BPMN processes published by BAMOE into a set of tools accessible to MCP clients.Each process automatically generates between four and five tools: create, update, fetching, delete, and fetching_all.However, the descriptions generated by the server do not use the actual BPMN process documentation, but appear to be created using an internal generic template.Example of the JSON returned by the MCP Server:
{
"name": "create_SendMailCandidato_BPMN_process_workflow_model",
"description": "It creates a new \"SendMailCandidate\" BPMN process instance in the BAMOE Process (or workflow) engine, given the user's provided arguments.",
"inputSchema": {

    "properties": {
       "skills": { "type": "string" },
       "candidate": { "type": "string" },
       "experience": { "type": "integer" }
    }
  }
