Set a property on which the search result should be sorted in the IS-Connector for ICN
In IDM Desktop and ISTK there was the possibility to set a property on which the search result should be sorted. Unfortunately this is no longer possible in the IS-Connector for ICN. Our customer does not use ICN, but has his own frontend solution using the ICN API for the search query in the background.
Since it cannot be ensured in which order Image Services delivers the search result, all records of the search query must first be queried and then the entire search result must be sorted. For large files of up to 100,000 documents this takes an extremely long time. For security reasons, a direct search in the DocTaba table via SQL is not possible.
Our suggestion is to re-implement the capability as it was in IDM Desktop.
