Improve the process for splitting documents

When I split a document, I would like for it to automatically update to “Main page” so I do not have to manually do it and click “submit” and exit any pop up errors for changes.  Currently, we are stuck with the present manual process of changing the page type when a document is split. The process now is this, including an issue that makes it take much longer to complete:

1. Click Split/join

2. Change to trailing page or main page for each split documents

3. Click submit on each split/join for changes to save (Note they may have to split out multiple times within a document, so a lot of clicks)

4. If they are scrolling through pages on left hand side, it will glitch sometimes and throw a user back to the first page and user has to re focus to see where they were just at
