Change Decision Center DB to Version Control System

It has been painful to synchronize the rule artifacts between the branches in the Decision Center and developer workspaces. If the developer is NOT following best practices while renaming, copying the rule artifacts, and making the changes to the rule projects, packages, and rule names, that could introduce the issues during synchronization. Should we make ODM Decision Center, use smart version control systems like GIT instead of the decision center database schema.

    Use of Git as the source repository for decision service content is one of the main changes introduced in Automation Decision Services, the newer component for decision automation in IBM Cloud Pak for Automation (Business Automation). There is no plan to change the way ODM Decision Center is architected and its use of a relational DB for repository.
