Provide a log file showing all the artifacts being deployed

When deploying a Decision Service from the Business Console, and taking a Deployment Snapshot, the deployment snapshot will contains all rules / artifacts in the project being deployed. Including for instance rejected rules that are available in the project, but not deployed.
This is a different behavior from RTS 's deployment baseline, where only the deployed artifacts were available.

One of the reason of this difference is that for redeploying decision service, we need more than just the rules, we also need for instance the deployment configuration and the operations. Because of that it, the deployment snapshot is a snapshot of the whole decision service rather than just the extracted rules as it's the case with the EC.

However this makes it difficult to double check the list of artifacts that were deployed. Either you scan the deployed ruleapp jar file to create a list which is not efficient, either you run the deployment query on the deployment snapshot.
With RTS, one just had to look at the the contents of the deployment baseline.

One should get an easier way to check what was/is being deployed. An optional deployment log (that would be activated by a saveDeploymenArtifactsList kind of parameter with default value of false) listing all the artifacts would be helpful for this (of course, to avoid.
