ODM SMF 120 subtype 100 - set SMF120FLG bit 1 (SMFHDR_FLG) indicate subtype value for 100

We request that the WAS ODM SMF 120 subtype 100 data-recording be amended to include the IBM-standard SMF main-header bit-1 setting to denote that "subtype is valid".
Consider that the WAS SMF 120 subtype 9 record applies to this standard.
