Option to change date format to English(UK)

Allow use of Windows Auth for managing On-Prem database.

Right now only SQL auth is supported for managing and installing on prem database. Due to security concerns, using SQL auth is not always supported within enterprises.

Support accessing DB2 BLOB data

IBM RPA cannot read BLOB (binary) data from IBM DB2, although it can read them from other databases. RPA needs to support DB2 fully.
