    Feature to filter starred/favorite documents.

    There is no way to create a report/use a filter with the documents flagged as favorite by the customer, so it seems that we don’t have any real benefits for the customer.

    Adding faceted filters in ICN Search

    Faceted filters have been added in ICN Simple Search, but they should also be included in the standard ICN Search. Custom faceted filters requested in ICPFORA-I-204 must also be included.

    Not able to stop tracking of multiple completed workflows using PE tracker from ICN.

    Client is currently able to stop tracking of single completed workflow successfully from ICN . But when the client is selecting more completed workflows and the stop tracking button get greyed out as shown in the below figure:

    IBM Content Navigator (ICN) add behaviour different

    The add document behaviour is different in ICN depending on whether you add normally or by drag and drop. Drag and drop behaves better, in that the file names are displayed. Please see the attached screenshot.

    Currently, only user can select pre-defined theme styles, default or some classic layouts only, user cannot further adjust font size, color or style such as bold etc.
