Provide ability to not include archived users in user export

When exporting user lists it includes archived users but almost 99% of the time I don't need the archived users so I have to delete them from the CSV file so I can work with the data. While not a huge deal, it would be a time savings to be able to...

Allow multiple users to be selected at one time to archive

To manage our licenses I archive users who haven't used BWL in one year or more. That means selecting many users monthly to archive. It would be a significant time savings if I could select multiple users to archive at one time.
