Limited Where Used Scope: Currently “Where Used” feature shows the artifact referenced within the application/toolkit.

Developer should be able to find in what applications a service developed in a toolkit is used.

Search in authoring environment: Currently we are unable to search(with) any variable names, comments, that are used in artifacts.

If there is any external service component is referenced in a script, at a later point developer should be able to find the artifacts where that external service is referenced.

"Refresh" function is provided on the case details page

After the case "attribute" data is updated through the case activity (BPM), the "attribute" data of the case details page will not be updated automatically, and there is no API to refresh, please provide a refresh API.
